Hotel accommodation has been arranged at The Residency Towers . The Residency Towers is a four-star premium luxury hotel located in the heart of the business district of Chennai and is a convenient 30minutes drive from the National and International airports. As the conference is also scheduled here at the Emperor Hall, you can just take the elevator to the conference.Travel :
We have arranged for travel from the point you land in the airport. For all delegates staying at the Hotel Residency Towers, you will have an airport pickup car from the hotel. If you are not staying at the residency, you will have pickup car from Aviation Express Travel. We also have a tie-up with Aviation Express Travel. Incase you don’t see your name, please walk up to an Aviation Express counter in the airport. You can find it immediately when you walk past the airport security. Please present your business card and mention your hotel name. They will take care of the rest. The Indian currency is Rupees. 1 US dollar = 40 Rupees (varies between 38-40 Rupees). Our administration team will help you exchange. You can also exchange your currency at the hotel.Weather:
